Mehdi El Jazouli
Chief Executive Officer
Mehdi has more than a decade of financial markets experience
within the banking industry. He is the CEO and founder of Perpetua Investment Group. Throughout his banking career Mehdi has launched innovative financial products whilst implementing robust governance structures.

He successfully managed sizeable portfolios in the commodity trading space at Lehman Brothers (then acquired by Nomura), Natixis and BNP Paribas. Prior to founding Perpetua, Mehdi was Global Head of Precious Metals Trading at CIBC where he built a strong performance track record. Mehdi holds both a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from ESTP Paris and a Master’s degree in Mathematical Modelling.

He also founded the Minerva Investment Group, a privately-owned group specializing in long-term private equity and real estate investments. Tarik holds a Masters of Science in Finance from Neoma Business School (Reims Management School), as well as an Advanced Masters in Financial Techniques from ESSEC Business School.
Guillaume Bremond
Chief Investment Officer
Guillaume is an investment and corporate finance professional with more than 12 years of experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity. Guillaume joined Perpetua Investment Group in 2020 from UBS Investment Banking where he was M&A Director for the MENA region.
Prior to that, Guillaume worked for HSBC Infrastructure Fund as an Investment Manager.

Guillaume joined HSBC from Deutsche Bank in London, where he spent 3 years in the Investment Banking team. Guillaume holds a Grande Ecole diploma and a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School.
Clément Pacaud
Chief Financial Officer
Clement has more than 12 years of international experience in directing strategic financial functions, building performance reporting & business intelligence ecosystems, leading acquisitions, structuring complex international joint ventures, assessing and controlling multi-billion dollars R&D programs, reducing and managing costs and improving operations for high growth technology start-ups and industrial multi-billion dollars companies across multiple business lines and global regions.

He joined Perpetua Investment Group in 2022. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Lahab, a defense company part of EDGE Group (a UAE defense & technology conglomerate) where he was leading the restructuring of this strategic asset.
Clement started his career as a financial consultant for Ernst & Young in Hong Kong, Paris and Dubai offices, advising his clients on transactions and valuations. Following that, Clement built the Corporate Finance Department of DarkMatter LLC, a global high-growth multi-billion dollars technology start-up headquartered in Abu Dhabi.
